Created and tested by the chefs at Cobbs Farm Shop in Hungerford using Wilton Windmill Flour. ——————————————————————————————- This is delicious! The recipe can either be done with strong white flour and up to 50% Wilton Windmill flour, or 100% white flour. Just adjust to your taste! Bread without yeast – it’s easy to do and jolly tasty! The recipe can either be done with strong white flour and up to 50% Wilton Windmill flour, or just 100% strong white flour. Lots of butter and a dollop of strawberry jam! The recipe can either be done with white flour and up to 50% Wilton Windmill flour, or 100% white flour.
