Our flour is made from wheat grown in the fields of Wilton village surrounding the Windmill. It’s an excellent way of reducing your food miles and, as it is milled using just the power of wind (and our millers of course!), it couldn’t be better for the environment – or you! Here’s some recipe ideas.
During the open season (Sundays and Bank Holidays, 2pm to 5pm, Easter to the end of September), you can buy flour from the shepherd’s hut shop at the Windmill. If you can’t get to the Windmill, you’ll be pleased to hear you can also buy it all year round at the following local shops:
