Flour

Our flour is made from wheat grown in the fields of Wilton surrounding the windmill.  It's an excellent way of reducing your food miles and, as it is milled using just the power of wind (and our millers of course), it couldn't be better for the environment - or you!

During the open season (Easter to the end of September), you can buy flour from the caravan shop at the Windmill.  But did you know that you can also buy it all year round at the following local shops:
