Cobbs Farm Windmill Rhubarb Crumble

Always a favourite, Rhubarb Crumble created and tested by the chefs at Cobbs Farm Shop.

The great thing about rhubarb is that you can pick or buy it in season (before the end of July), wash it, dry it, chop it up into 3cm lengths and then bag it to put in the freezer – it takes no time at all.  And then you can have rhubarb whatever the season.
